Refund & Return Policy

Before anything else

These shirts are not sold for profit. They're printed one at a time as a tool for evangelism, at prices only slightly above our actual cost. Because every shirt is custom-printed after you order (not pulled from a warehouse), our return policy has to be a little different from a typical retailer. But if there's a problem with your order, we want to make it right. Contact us first and we'll work it out.

Email contact@kjvscriptureshirts.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (photos help if it's a quality or print problem).

Defects, misprints, or wrong items

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or we sent the wrong size/color/design, that's on us. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't possible. No need to ship the original back in most cases.

Fit, color, or change of mind

Since every shirt is printed to order (not stocked), we can't restock returned shirts, which means accepting returns for preference or fit reasons means the shirt gets thrown out and we all lose money that could have bought someone else a shirt.

That said, we try to be reasonable:

  • Within 14 days of delivery, contact us and describe the issue. If it's something we can help with (a replacement in a different size, for example), we'll work with you. In most cases we can offer a replacement at your cost of return shipping plus the cost to reprint, which is much less than the full price.
  • Straight refund for fit/color/change-of-mind isn't typically possible for print-to-order items, but reach out anyway. If the reason is reasonable and something we can learn from, we'll do what we can.

Shipping errors on your end

If your order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we can reship to the corrected address but you'll need to cover the reshipment cost (roughly what you paid in shipping the first time). Double-check your address at checkout.

Evangelism and church orders

If you're ordering shirts to give away for evangelism or for your church and something goes wrong, contact us. We're especially motivated to make those orders right. That's the whole point of this operation. Don't hesitate to reach out.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

“We'd rather you have the shirt than not.”

That applies to problems too. If something's wrong with your order, reach out. We're happy to hear from you, and we'll help figure out the right fix.
